For Office documents that are not stored in SharePoint, the panel can be used to view and edit the Document Properties fields that are built in to Office documents. Now, you can select a printer to print out the document info only.One of the most convenient ways to enter, edit, or view the SharePoint metadata for a Microsoft Word document (or other Microsoft Office document) is to use the Document Information Panel (DIP). ![]() After that, expand the Print All Pages drop-down menu, and select Document Info from there. Open the document in Word and go to File > Print. Choose a printer to print the document information.To print only document properties in Word, follow these steps.
